Guild Code Community is a builder ecosystem for developers who want to become elite engineers and integrity-driven founders. Members work on real projects, mentored by practising Guild Code engineers.
It is a separate organisation with its own governance; Guild Code provides technical stewardship.
How members grow
Three tiers, each with real work and real mentorship.
Tier 1
Apprentice
Learn the stack, join weekly Sync & Solve sessions, contribute to open-source Commons projects.
Tier 2
Journeyman
Contribute to a Community project or complete a Guild Sprint; join specialised labs and peer review.
Tier 3
Master Architect
Lead a team or contribute significant work to the Commons; mentorship from Guild Code senior staff.

Our first cohort
Our first cohort: 21 builders, selected intentionally, organised into delivery teams. Some interns have stepped into team lead roles within their first month.
