Why
To reply to your enquiry, to follow up on work you have asked about, and to understand how to improve the site.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share it only with the service providers that run our website and email, and only to do the above.
How long
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and for any resulting engagement, then delete them.
Your rights
Under Kenya's Data Protection Act 2019 you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it. Email info@guild-code.com.
Complaints
You can complain to the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner (ODPC).
